Stay Motivated- Philippians 4:6
Stay Motivated- Philippians 4:6
In this present pandemic situation, we are all going through some or the other problems. Be it, financial problems, health problems, family problems, job problems, etc. This overtime leads to anxiousness, which simply might mean feeling nervous, disturbed, or anxious.
But as we read in the above verse, Paul tells us not to be anxious. But, why should we not be anxious?
But as we read in the above verse, Paul tells us not to be anxious. But, why should we not be anxious?
Because Jesus tells us in Matthew 6:25-26, Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?
Truly, we are made in the Image of God and that means we are made in the image of God.
Later Paul says, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
Truly, we are made in the Image of God and that means we are made in the image of God.
Later Paul says, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
So, instead of being anxious, we must do the following,
1. Pray to Him about our needs and helps.
1. Pray to Him about our needs and helps.
2. Request/appeal to Him for our requests and also remember, we might have a covenant bond relationship with Him but more than that we have a Father and child relationship with Him as it says in 1 John 3:2.
3. Praise Him for what He had done in the past, cause every moment in this place is a blessing.
Hence remember that we are the children of the King of kings, and we have no need to be anxious because our Father in heaven is in control and he will help us, just ask and you will receive.
All praises to God, Peace be with you!
